I'm going to put forth an alternate theory on the cookie sheets, but the tin foil is good advice. My cookie sheets now have the well seasoned patina of several trips thru the Traeger pellet grill for cooking fries, and ain't nothing sticking to them babies. Gotta fight Mrs00 to not take the scrubbing powder to them...they're a thing of beauty.

So Celtic Woman is in CR next Friday night. We would both love it and I am debating surprising my wife with it for an early birthday present. We are going to Blue Man for our Christmas present.

The issue is it will cost significantly more than what she is spending on me for my birthday so I am not sure how she will take that. Do I ask her or just do it?
