Good day at home (my family) with the little man and then home for spaghetti + bruschetta.

Now wine with strawberries & ice cream. Delish!

And oh yeah, the baby and husband are ok too

yep. broke my tibia and fibula, 3 fractures, and dislocated my ankle. Pulled a Paul George. I'd provide proof but I don't think anyone here wants to see.

I have time now to be on CF more at least.

Thursday. The wall is only a couple feet away from the out of bounds line. I went for a block and instantly knew my ankle was facing the wrong way.

The EMT people at work got stuck in the elevator trying to get to me. They also thought I could initially walk home on it...they wish.

Anyways, I've been gone awhile. Anyone got cliffnotes?

Ummmm...Lew & I are retired now, CG's calf is somewhere around 9-10 months old now, BC & JC have their oldest kids gradumatating & heading to ISU & Drake (respectively), Boxster has not died from running yet, NW has been chomping at the bit to get back on his bicycle, Wx has a new title, Pants has deserted us for the cave, SC is nursing a hangover....
Anybody got anything to add?

KC got retired

jc & bc's kid's are going to koolege. One (or both??? I feel bad I can't remember on JC now) to ISU
Z is a real little person now
Wxman has two little persons
Sara moved
Pants moved..........twice depending how long you've been gone. Riley still fat corgi, now with the beetus
Boxster still riding into the wind and enjoying pie and wine
NWICY still working and making delicious sounding food
Cyclonesrgr8 (totally butchered that) still working a lot for a terrible sounding place
Cooler's kid is good at kicking the ball
Lawman's daughter gave him a scare a few months ago but good now
SC went to work hungover on Friday it sounds like
Carvers left us and I miss her
We have a newer lady whose name I shall butcher - MCyrx? That's not even close. Mrse3ISU? that's closer has become a regular. She has an itty granddaughter who we should ask about - getting big now I presume
Birdy is brave and took all her chickadees to Disney and is about to run a half marathon
RunninMan is another new regular - he's a youngin like we used to be, still in school

Apparently he looks and acts a lot like me so he's got that going for him, lol. Got his dad's hair though. He's a lot of fun. Figuring out how to wave this week and really dorky little baby. Figured out how to pull his socks off on the drive home today so I bet he'll never have covered feet again.

I'm a programmer in Des Moines. Heading to grad school in a little bit for cybersecurity. I underestimated my free time after college for sure as it's hard to be on CF that much anymore.

I was gonna do Ragbrai this year for the first time. Looks like I'll have to wait until next year. Anyone doing Ragbrai here?
