Random Thoughts IX (The first 8 were probably better)

I'd take Amy Adams over Emma stone also. Something about stone just bothers me.

When she read that tweet that says she looks like a crack ***** in every movie she's in, I thought yep, she kind of does!

I just could not stand her LaLa Land character, and I'm not sure if that is necessarily her fault. She's not much of a struggling actress, driving around her Prius, having multiple fancy outfits to wear each day, and going to every exclusive party. How does she support herself, having spent six years in Hollywood with coffee shop work? Must be mooching off the parents who seem to have a purely middle class existence. She kind of pressures him into his soul sucking job to keep up appearances with those middle class parents, and then gets all whiny that he isn't around. Has a hissy fit when that job she forced him into keeps him away from her one woman opening night and runs away like a child. He literally has to hunt her down and convince her to take her big opportunity. She's gonna love him forever but comes back five years later with a husband and a kid who looks three or four years old, so forever must not last long.

Best part of the movie was that he wasn't stuck with her.

But Amy Adams was great and intriguing in a role with a character who had substance to her and wasn't even nominated.

Two more gingers. Jessica Chastain was the main character in Zero Dark Thirty and the captain in The Martian. I believe Isla Fisher is more so known for being an attractive, ditzy redhead in most movies.

I can't believe BC wouldn't know Isla from this:

Is this lalaland explained, Emma stones life, or are you losing it? I know neither of the first two so I'm kinda struggling here.

I know that movie, I just don't keep up with who actor or actresses are. Probably was one of the few non G movies I've seen in the last 15 years. Btw, I dated a nutjob like that, not sure if lawman remembers her or not. (No red haired though)

It's basically LaLa Land explained except the ten minute song in LA traffic at the beginning where all commuters sing, dance, and are beautiful 20 somethings except for a glimpse of one buff gray haired guy they throw in.
