True. But if you try to sing Sasha Kaun really fast like at the start of "Feel For You" it just comes out mushy sounding. Trust me, I'm trying it at my desk right now.
CEO just made the rounds. I wondered if he'd get to me (could hear him down a few) so I cleaned things up a bit. Had a really good convo. Spent most of it wishing that I hadn't been lazy and skipped washing my hair this morning, haha. And that I wish I'd been wearing a blazer. Looks a little snazzier. He remembered me though - name + I was at a small event with him last fall. I feel special.
makes it useful for stuff like this. People don't forget hearing your name as easily. I've actually met with him three times now, but the first was his first week here and I doubt he remembers that.
I did that with my SiriusXM. Called them up and said I was canceling. They offered a half price deal and I said no again. Then they came back and gave me 75% off. It was glorious.
hahahaha, no. It was for a project I was part of. I put on my best "act like an adult" face. I missed kickball for it - and that was the night the girl from the Amazing Race was on the opposing team. But that's ok, I got $$ from the dinner.
Today was actually a good convo - more than just rehashing your name and job description. Talked about some things the company may get involved with, pretty neat stuff.
The previous CEO never left the conference room. We'd get emails saying to clean office space and dress professionally prior to his visits. But no plebes ever spoke with him. New guy is much more...charismatic? Outgoing? He still comes across as a powerful person, but he's good at talking with people. My team has been involved with some things that the higher ups have followed very closely so he's more aware of our team and what we work on. Which is cool but also a little bit eek.
I should stop saying new guy, it's been four years.
well considering I saw him walk in earlier with a woman and children I very much suspect to be his wife and kids, probably wouldn't have been a solid choice. Though they were not with him when he came through our department.
Same. Down 30 bucks and received Sunday ticket for the year and show times for 3 months all free.
I dropped my cable bill over $100 in April with a phone call as well. Well, that and I had to return their equipment.

We have been using my dad's HBO on Dish for HBO go. He has had movie channels for years. We go to finish season 5 of GOT and he no longer has HBO. They decided to cancel it since they say they never watch it and they were going on vacation for a month. Since I know his account info, I added it back.
(he did tell me I could, gotta love technology when you can message your parents about important things while they are enjoying vacation)
