Sorry pants...I don't know the answer to your original question. I don't think crunches, by themselves, would do that, but maybe they can. Speaking on this topic somewhat, how long does the soreness last after leg day? I'm two days past, and I'm in more pain now than I was yesterday. Hate leg day.

One time I went to a career fair (non ISU related) and only handed out business cards with a QR code on them. It actually worked better than I thought but that was at the peak of QR codes.

as long as it all doesn't come crashing down, so far the editing thing yesterday is by far the cleanest one I have been a part of over the past five years. A single, tiny error was found.

Well, I mean, technically, I met Mrs.00 at work...although it was at Friley Foodservice, so I'm not sure that counts, since there was no possibility of blowing up either of our careers.

The only thing I know about Tinder is pretty much what I've heard about on here. I'll assume it started out as a dating sight, but it quickly turned into a hook-up site. That about right?

The rant wasn't that bad IMO. It sounded like someone trying to hang onto their idealistic view of their company even though the general public sees it as something else. I thought it was funny that the columnist went on to say that the article wasn't even about Tinder, even though it was in the title and a good portion of how the article read was tearing it down.

All I know is that I'm unfortunately going to have to familiarize myself with all of this **** before my daughter starts dating. That or move to some extremely secluded part of the world.
