Kind of a hybrid position of planning enrichment activities for kids who don't get exposed to educational opportunities that people from more affluent areas are, working with families to help alleviate educational/economic barriers, and training volunteers and Americorps members to help tutor/run enrichment activities. Also thanks for the love yall.

Yes. Some of these suburbs are absolutely obsessed with their athletic programs. Eden Prairie is, if not the worst, top 5 at this. Pretty cool-looking though.

I went to bed thinking everything is sunny sunny sunny for today and wake up to thunder. Now forecast is humid and heat index near 95. Glad my Yankee/Twins* game tickets are tonight and not this afternoon.

*Avoided 2015 ticket drama by taking a guy who has given me tickets to events before.

yeah it's huge. i played soccer there many times in high school. they were our football rivals and don't want to split into another high school because of sports. they don't come out and say that but that's the general consensus of the community.
