New 'lifestyle tip' from LIIT labs: tootsie rolls from the kids' parade candy bag = Breakfast of champions.
I kind of worry that LIIT has to do some damage control when its founder hurts himself getting out of a golf cart.

Almost perfect morning and weather. Hummingbirds were in my red bee balm flowers. Neighbor gave me some a few years ago and they have just gone crazy. They mostly survived the wind and deluge from Friday night. The big bed is a hummingbird magnet.
Grabbed my camera and telephone for some hummingbird pics but it ended up as a Maxwell Smart moment. I'll get up earlier tomorrow and camp out on the deck with a coffee and the Nikon.

ran into a Cyclone fan on my run....he lives somewhere on the road I ran down - probably within two blocks (or whatever the out of town equivalent is) of our house. He and his wife both graduated from ISU too. Wasn't sure at first because the hat looked like the old style ISU but sometimes the UW hats can look similar from a distance as well. But glad to know there are some fellow alums living very close by!

Do this a few more times, and you realize that 10 times of ordering $10 of stuff you don't need in order to save $5 on shipping would mostly pay for amazon prime. Throw in the other perks, and it's worth it. That's where we were about a year ago.
