Yeah, it was totally a post with some regret. I'm sure she's internally thinking, what if I met WDSM before DH and how much more awesome things would be.
I think all of your hard work and effort is finally starting to exhaust her and wear her down.

My yearly 6-8% raise is coming up August 1st and I should have a decent bonus check coming for sales numbers over first 6 months
But I'm sure DH is making 6 figures taking in the dough for CG so I can't compete, but my personality and not playing World of Warcraft should make up that deficiency.
You should probably start planning your move to the Twin Cities. With your fair complexion the risk of future skin cancer would be much reduced in the northland. Omaha is, well, Omaha and Hawaii sun is likely to fry you like burnt toast. Plus the career opportunities and base of young professional guys your age* has to mega trump Omaha. We are talkin' Nebraska here. You could probably make crazy money and hang with the young alumni in Uptown. CG would come visit for sure.
*Could still include Pants since he will move back.

I do love MSP, I made many trips up to first avenue over the past few years. Winters are even more brutal than Iowa though. My most likely next destination would probably be Denver.
This reminded me to get a ticket for the Twins game in August with the AA, but I see it's now sold out. Darn.

I really liked Nashville too.
If Italy, I suggest northern Italy. Very, Very hot in southern Italy during the summer.
