I can't shake this stupid cough. I never even got sick, it's just this stupid tickle in my throat that has my dry coughing all day. I downed a bottle of Tylenol cold to try to supress the cough and nothing. I'm getting a bit frustrated, it's been over a week now.

My problem is, it's by far worst after I run and when I'm in bed, both times that aren't exactly conducive to cough drops.

Took me over a year to nag his raggedyass into going to the doc. He stopped smoking when I did, so he couldn't use the "smoker's cough" any more. His cough ended up being a symptom of GERD.

Remember, this is the same man that had a kidney stone stuck in his ureter for somewhere around 10 years, to the point where it took three surgeries to remove it & repair the damage, and he could have lost the kidney...
