Hiring a mid major coach worked soooooo well last time.

Keep the fast paced mismatch style of play (and win) and I'll be happy with the hire.

Take us back to the deadly boring grind it out defense oriented mid major (big10) style of play and I will cry...

I think he's a good hire. He knocked the interview out of the park so I have no doubt he'll be able to recruit. And he plays uptempo, we aren't going to see McDermott ball anytime soon.

We'll still have a shot at the Final Four this season, IMO.
