This was supposed to be my weekend "off"...no work or travel or family obligations...but no, got called into my one job yesterday, and now going into the other job today.

Sitting at the airport. Flight arrived at 7.20a. Shuttle to galveston departs at 10.00. :arghh:

At least that's what I've been told, never have cruised. Hope you and Papalew have fun.How weird is it that the night we lose an hour is the one night in months that I've actually got 8 hours of sleep? I've been sick, and Mrs. was at a conference all day so at 930 she announced she was going to bed...which is her subtle hint....Watched a little more TV later, and we already decided to not even try for early church, so I slept from 1230 to 830 (new clock).
With winter almost over I finally caught a cold, first real cold of the season. Not a bad one, just mostly faucet nose.
Didn't sleep very well last night and kept waking up. When I did that damn narwhals ditty was "playing"! It's in my head and it is most definitely causing a commotion.

Assume that is in one of the opt in forums? I've never opted into those since I would probably go all Tasmanian devil if I did.
Think I'll take a walk though da neighborhood to make sure there aren't any food trucks parked anywhere near my house.

here a noise coming from the bedroom - look and see two troublemaker kids out in the lawn throwing snowballs at our apt windows. I would have ignored it if they were just hitting the wall, but they were throwing at (and hitting) the windows. So I yank the shade up and they take off like scared mice. DH and I got a good laugh out of that. Went back just now to see if they had returned (since I knew they lived in this building) and they were sneaking back but stopped short when they noticed the apartment manager outside the door with his dog. Ha, I wonder if they thought it was his windows they were hitting.
