It was okay, should've had more.
I am am not ashamed to admit I know the words to all the songs in Grease 2. On ABC Family right now.
Maybe the 3yr old shouldn't sing "Uptown Funk" in public. She kinda drops the 'n' in funk.
It is also fun to hear her and the 2yr old sing "Blank Space"
it's Swizzle playing off the media always saying how she has many boyfriends and is too crazy for them to stay. I actually like the tongue in cheekness of it. In the video, she makes her famous award face when she drops the phone in the pool.
Excellent choice...we toured Maui Brewing when we were there. I actually preferred that over the Kona brewing offerings. Just saw Kona brewing stuff in Fareway the other day...wasn't sure whether to be excited that it was available, or roll my eyes at the silliness of Hawaiian beer in Fareway in January.
The amount of this post that I understand tells me I'm old. Things I don't know:

And that I'm fine with all of that just adds to it. I guess maybe when the kids get older and get into music I'll maybe be a little bit in tune with current pop stuff, but honestly I'm fine if I don't.

My 9yr old is a bit of a Swiftie (Taylor Swift fan). My hubby took her to her concert last time she was in DSM as a surprise birthday gift (she was turning 8--I didn't go to my first concert until I was in HS). Even our oldest likes Taylor, she happened to be invited to the concert as well by a friend. He would love to take both girls when she is here in October again.

Today looks to be shaping up to be one of those days when the boys end up crying about the fact that they don't have anything to cry about. 'course, they're both fighting some level of crud, so I understand, but such fun...
it was fun! I'll see if I can remember to move some pics from DH's camera over today. And then you can see an exciting picture of a basement sized hole now with gravel and bits of concrete!
I got excited when Kona Brewing was in select stores in Indiana, but learned that anything on the mainland comes from their Washington (or maybe Oregon?) factory, not actually from Kona. Kind of lessoned the excitement.
Pretty sure a "shady college bear" is different whether the context be Chris' article, or at Studio 13 in Iowa City.
Well, to be fair, shipping from HI to the mainland is not kind on beer, so by having a stateside operation, they're going to deliver a higher quality product. Maui brewing addressed this specifically in their tour, saying that the very small amount of distributing they do on the mainland is a PITA because they have to time it, they have to specially arrange for below decks storage (more reliable temperature...imagine a shipping container in the hot sun), etc. They said that other than possibly huge markets like NYC or Chicago, they probably won't ever get beyond the first tier of states along the west coast.
It was a good beer. Very crisp. I'm partial to my Longboard, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't like this one as much as the it.
