Chilimac...if you're still here...can we seriously get the rule instituted that you have to have a certain number of posts before starting a thread...or at least it doesn't go live until mod approval (which admittedly would be mod intensive at times...say now...when all the goobers have decided to join just to share their unique, yet the same as everyone else's, perspectives on the CFH thing)?

I think it has been discussed. Not sure how to set that up, but I would suggest it to the higher ups if you can get some traction.

So now that 55 broke my heart and bailed on our romantic holiday weekend, I'm open to more suggestions for things to do! So far I have:

-read a book on the beach
-make a sandcastle
-make a sand sculpture of myself making a sand castle
-visit Schofield Barracks (or maybe Pearl Harbor since it would be easier to do.

Well, I mean, if you're taking suggestions...go to church. I mean, there's time to fritter away, and what the heck, why not? Just for the experience, check out one of those megachurches.

*hey, you asked for suggestions.

Are you trying to convert me, 00?

I don't know if they even have mega churches here.

00, along the lines of your earlier post.....working on a system overhaul today filled with much code. We discovered that it seems likely a programmer made something do the opposite of what it needed to do. And has been doing so for years. Order of operations and parenthesis matter, yo. My boss who is a smart statistics type person is like Y THEY NO COMMENT OUT THEIR CODE?! Make the new programmers comment their code!

Would have been helpful since the programmers didn't really know what the code needed to do, they just took formulas and coded them. Comments would have helped. It was quite a funny/exasperating little deal.

Going for our first W in slow pitch tonight. If it happens 55 has to take me out to Pitch Perfect 2

Well, you asked for suggestions, did you not?

I wouldn't say 'convert' you...more of a challenge to see if you'd actually do it, since you were asking for suggestions. And besides, if 55 wants me to turn you into the awesome dude I am, getting my faith (Not my religion, that's different) back helped a ton.

And I don't know about megachurches, but this smaller one isn't too far from you, and a quick read of their "we believe" page looks pretty sound:

http://www.honoluluchristian.org/

Also note, I'm not even putting a catholic link...with all our calisthenics, that'd be too big a challenge to put on you.

Although...if you think you can handle it:

22 miles tonight 4 big hills in it dropped the chain off the front sprocket on the last hill had to make the walk of shame up the last 1/3rd. I actually was pretty happy that I cleared the other three. Eggs for supper with pudding for dessert.

I'm torn between my love of pitch perfect 2 & Anna Kendrick and my dislike of being stalked.

Aww, WDSM is the loveable, huggable type stalker. Like a stray kitten that follows you home...and then sits outside, staring in your window...like, it's kinda cute, but it's kinda creepy.

In the end, though, I'd say his creation of "If I do this, 55 has to do this" on his own would make it a foul and negate the requirement.

Fun fact, I took about 9 credits worth of religious studies classes at ISU.
