Wife can get irregular heartbeats like that. She has a kardia (I think) for those instances ro record it.

Missed that somehow oh well probably wouldn't have gotten in the stadium on time if I'd stopped.

Okay - I looked up the kardia.
My issue is an combination of age, overheating, dehydrating, and a med that I take. Perfect storm, if you will. If it just happened out of the blue I might consider taking further action, but there were definite causes for this, and I can be better about two of them. Not much I can do about the other two!

On a happy note my sun screen on my white legs worked really well. Multiple reapplications and I don't think they even tanned, let alone burned.

I am done for day outside. Going to head to nicely air conditioned gym and not feel summer guilt about wasting time indoors, 99 ain't outdoor time. Stupid hot for September but looks like it will top at 99. 99 sucks, if you are that close make it 100.

Scored a decluttering win. Got $75 for my old Brown Jordon patio table on Craigslist. Good buy for them but selling used furniture is usually a losing game but I've had some unexpectedly good hits on selling stuff. Never used the table anymore. The deck is for entertaining and drink and snack parties. I never eat out there.

I’ve never tried those and hope they’re palatable at the least.

It was really pleasant under our tent yesterday in the public lots in the morning. Then, right around 10:30 is when it started to become slightly uncomfortable.

Edit: I also noticed at 8:11 this evening it was completely dark. Meh.

Watching news for the first time in many months. They reported that a festival in a desert was shut down due to too much rain………
