It was free small ice cream cone at DQ yesterday. The one I stopped at was ok the ice cream was sort of icy though not as fluffy as I remember it. But I haven't has DQ ice cream for a long time so not sure if misremembering or this one was just a one off.

I know it is pothole season and I appreciate the city's proactiveness but driving by every day looking to patch potholes is a pretty high frequency.

There are like 5 people in the building and we have hotel cubicles set up for people that don't have a desk to set up to work. So naturally someone (I have no clue who) comes in and sits in the cube right next to me (not a hotel cubicle) and proceeds to talk on the phone the entire time
I had someone that went into the office yesterday and was either using speakerphone or a headset with a sensitive mic and kept leaving herself off mute. I got tired of it and just kept muting her when she was done talking.
Happens all the time with offshore. They'll be on the street so all you here is street noise. Not sure why they are out on the street when they are supposedly working, but it happens all the time.

Last time I was in the UK I had to put my key into a slot in my room to turn the electricity on. Then you have certain plugs that had on/off switches as well, so you could plug in the iron and it wouldn't get hot because you for got to turn the outlet on. It was kinda nice once you got used to it because you could leave lights on and when you left the room when you grabbed your key it would turn the lights all out.
When you came back you put your key back into the slot the lights would come on again
I have an outlet like that in my house. Took me a while to figure out what that switch controlled
