It kind of makes you wonder, ISU's slide started when Caleb injured his back and things just seemed to change for him. Perhaps his dismissal was a case of addition by subtraction
100% I only hope he is able to get himself to a better place and it is a win-win for both parties.
When he mentioned his mental illness. I wondered if that affected the team also. One of my closest friends has been dealing with it for 4 years or so now, and when he was at his worst, it really wore everyone out that was around him. Sometimes that break allows others to relax and “catch their breath”.
I’m here, just hard to keep up in this thread.
Not a mental illness issue but I used to work with a guy he was so fun to work with when he was in a good mood and you just hated to be around him when he was in a bad mood.
The bad moods became more and more frequent until he got let go.

Now I hope for work to be cancelled tomorrow night.

Also the possibility that teammates were frustrated or feeling bad when maybe they didn’t truly understand it. Heck, when I have a migraine I can only try to describe it to anyone who’s never had one. Can’t show anything to prove I have even a headache.
I think they were deported. Or gone underground and all low profile, been some time since I've seen them.
We talked about that too...maybe the stress he was under was also stressing his teammates. I don't think he set out to undermine the team, but his health (mental and physical) may have had a detrimental effect on their attitudes.
I just figured that tj started reading cf last week and found out a few things about coaching.
This morning when I typed an apostrophe in Outlook it automatically appended 2 spaces behind it so I had to type I will instead of I' ll

Several years ago I was on Facebook and "lost" the A-S-D keys on my keyboard. I was also working in Excel at the same time and everything was fine. But when I typed into Facebook, none of those three letters would work. I finally closed Facebook, shut down my browser, then reopened it. At that point everything was fine again, except that while I was doing that, the person whose post I was commenting on tried to respond, and the same damn keys were screwed up for her as well. She did the same close browser, reopen browser thing that I did, and that was it.
No clue why those three keys, no clue why it was only on Facebook for both of us. One of those head-scratchers, I guess...
My boss was able to get me Sys Admin rights to Canvas. The National Nightmare is over.
