Just got an email from where my daughter lives in Ames. It's about late fees. What is normal for late fees, we haven't received any but just have never encountered staggered late fees in anything before.
When I die, I want Canvas to be pallbearer at my funeral so it can let me down, one more time.
I looked at my son's lease. The late fee is 8% of the monthly rent.
Mines 5% a day and at the 11th they start eviction process
Iowa has a 12 dollar a day limit for rents under 700. 5% daily seems very steep.
