I do know that goats are great judges of character, and respond accordingly.

Still raining steady yet quite light outside. Been looking like it's done, based on how light it is outside, for the last 30 minutes but it just keeps rain. It's a miracle! This is the most rain I've had in two months. Too bad it's such a small area getting it.

That house I was working on has been on the market for 50 days now. Started at $499, down to $379 now. Heard the break even price was $450. He was warned by multiple people not to buy this place. With what he put into it, he could've tore it down and built a brand new house. No one wants an unlevel house, with a terrible layout, with a big rotted and cracked deck, and that looks ugly from the street. I wouldn't take it for free.
