Okay, it's just going over to clean the poop box and feed it. Don't have to feed the rat this year, they no longer have that. Got rewarded with a very nice bottle of Pinot Noir from them last year. Better than I'd likely buy.

Hermit Life Sunday Confessions:

I wouldn't mine sitting down with some people over the holidays and sharing some wine and good food. Not going to happen. Did get my holiday pity invite from a married couple I'm good friends with who probably won't give me COVID if I accept. They make great meals but favor bloody awful fruity sweet wine and fruity sweet beers. The sweeter the beverage the more likely I am to absolutely hate it. I usually bring a good wine or champagne for them but it's sort of a waste of effort and money.

Miss going down for family holiday, at least my sister and nieces didn't object to drinking better wine. That's off though, BIL is not doing well. Going to be a very tough Christmas for them.

Still on my wine "diet". Actually have a measuring cup out. Rode exercise bikeski yesterday. DND.

If you buy me a sixer of Guinness, I will stand outside your door and yell a conversation with you while splitting it.

Bucked up and went to urgent care this morning after realizing the chances of getting into our Dr would be slim tomorrow. Already feeling better after one dose of prednisone, ready to go pump some iron tomorrow and get my swole on! That’s how these work right?

Yes they are one, and now the other brand in that town went goofy. Comes out in a cowboy hat with an imaginary rope and a herd of people in green shirts behind him looking like they have to use the restroom.

She seemed to agree with my gout assessment as did the blood work. It was feeling a little better this morning before even getting on the roids. I was sitting there watching MBB with LittleWx and realized it wasn’t hurting just sitting there anymore.

We were making Christmas treats yesterday and my kids are getting to the point where they can eat as much as me and that really affects the amount of finished product.

I’m a big fan of Trane myself.

I agree with Trane. We've had a Trane AC for 17 years with no problems and recently replaced the crappy York furnace with a Trane furnace.
