Has anyone noticed Casey's pizza seems to be thinner and more flimsy when you actually order it versus the slices you get out of the warmer? I used to think it was a coincidence but I am now thinking they have a different crust between the two..
I don't normally get it out of the warmer, but we HAVE noticed a decline in the quality of the pizza we've been ordering...and we are ordering it far less frequently. Couch, pizza and a movie used to be a thing for us on Friday nights. Still have the couch and the movie, but we've been going with other options for the supper.

Store to store variation is horrible. I found the Ankeny stores are always the best and most consistent (understandably so since corporate is minutes away). I once got a slice of breakfast pizza in southern Illinois (first Casey's after entering the state from Kentucky) and it was awful. It tasted like cardboard with hard egg and sausage.

Went bikeabout. So slow and out of shape. Got cold even though the air temp was 50ish. Now wondering if I am getting sick or something. Should probably open a bottle of wine and snack on something. Might just be low on fuel.

Allergies are beating me up today. Gave in and closed up/ran the A/C so hopefully that helps me to sleep better. Can't wait for the rain!

Midnight Bourbon: oldest jockey and my favorite name. Happy May Day. That is all.
@BoxsterCy I might have missed it - is he from Minnesota?

Made @ImJustKCClone proud and took the kids geocaching for the first time yesterday. Found one, couldn't find 2, another was gone (area has been clear cut since the derecho) and found another but couldn't get it open...will bring back someone smarter than myself (MrsWx) to figure that one out.

PM me the GCs - I'm really curious! :D

Do they register these things? Will need to dig a hole and bury one in the middle of a field so people have to wander corn rows to find it.

Sorry - rules state you cannot bury them. :)

Edit - you also have to be a member of Geocaching to register the cache, and it has to meet the approval of the local volunteer reviewer before it is activated on-line. If you don't follow the rules for the hide they won't publish it on the geocache website. You also need to confirm that you can maintain it.
