Please give us a good reason why Steve Prohm should still be the coach at Iowa State. I’ve never placed a bet on the Hawks and I feel sick to my stomach that the biggest bet I’ve ever placed was for the Hawks against my Cyclones.

First 4 years don't count, cause Fred didn't leave him any freshmen.
We lost 10s of millions this year due to covid. We have to take a 50 million dollar loan and pay 3 million in interest. No way we can afford a buyout.
Garza is going to do that all season long to about every team he plays.
Not a prohm defender but a Campbell defender. We are a football school and if we fire him it will suck money from the football team and no way can Campbell be let to walk.
Iowa has a great chance of winning the national championship next year. All the Jokes we made of Fran over the years, he put together a national contender.
You could tell years ago the dude was not a good coach. JP is just a nice guy and let’s nice guys stick around even though we all know they suck at their jobs. McDermott, Rhonds, K Jack.....

He has recruiting chops. I think he deserves the right to see what happens with the next two years with two of the highest classes in isu history.

I am not a Prohm defender, but you might as well sit down, shut up, and hold for next year. Won’t do any good to lose your mind as Prohm will DEFINITELY be the coach next year even if he loses every game this year. In case you haven’t noticed there is a pandemic and revenue is waaaay down....and we got a football coach to pay that is winning. If you gotta shut it off then shut it off. But ******** about is just going to get super annoying and won’t change anything.

Iowa State does not have a large pool of Million dollar donors. When Jamie came here , we had one million dollar donor, now we have 50. But we still cannot afford it, due to the massive loss from covid. Who cares if we go a few years of bad basketball. Prohm may surprise us.
Plus we are going to a big 12 championship game in football and probably open top 10 next year. Very few schools are good in basketball and football. I will always choose football.
