* The SEZ should of stayed cheaper seating-- no club area; no alcohol
* The Club section should of been located in a new expanded press box, with suites, common areas, reception space; press area--and outdoor club seating. Complete with higher-end concessions and alcohol

~ The SEZ always looks 50-65% EMPTY during games, because wimps are staying warm when it gets under 50 degrees, or staying cool in warmer games. it's bad optics

~ Our press box is so sub-par--The MAC Conference programs have nicer structures (Google them). A couple Texas High school stadiums have nicer press boxes. It's an embarrassment.

Ohio University, which attracts 17,000/game-- has a nicer press box

There was another of these threads a few years back and I posted this picture of Stanford stadium. The proportions are not too much different than JTS. Not only do they have a small pressbox, but their fans rarely fill the place up, even though they spend a lot of time in the top 25. That's mostly because they have one of the best coaches in the business. Coaching > pressbox. As others have said, spend money on keeping good coaches first.

Stadium comparison is good but fan base is totally different. They have the 49ers and raiders (to a small extent) and the student body/alumni don’t exactly scream sports. Still on your side on this one tho
