Potential gunman at the fair?

My buddy said there were police cars bumper to bumper when he came out of the grand stands tonight. He said people were saying there was a gunman but we haven't been able to find anything from any news sources. Anyone else hear anything?

Actually the fair murders 20 years ago were over money from a funnel cake business... High dollars there.
