one of my wife's best friends is totally into hooping. She smokes a lot of weed, go figure.

I was at a Hooters once, for a going-away lunch for a work colleague (Hooters was her choice, not mine. ) One of the waitresses went out front to attract business. She kept a hoop going around her waist without touching it with her hands at all not even once for over a solid hour, while texting on a flip phone (this was about 10 years ago). She was fit.

Good stuff, people. The last month has been the worst of my life and I like seeing threads like this.

My positive news is we sold our house and are moving into a new one, and I'm looking forward to a new beginning.

House closed on Friday and wire landed today. We've been in the new house for a week and we really like it (a rental). Looking forward to a new chapter...and a break from home ownership.
