If you check out his Twitter feed he's making a lot of statements starting with Colorado. Of course nothing to back them up.
I agree with many P 12 folks on this. I put zero faith in this guy. I honestly believe he has no sources and just makes stuff up.

The one thing I think BY wants more than anything is a national brand. He wants to be cooler/hipper alternate programming to the Big 10 and SEC. So from a national footprint standpoint, I don’t hate it I guess.
Would have no issue with WSU and OSU as long as TV partners are willing to match the current $31.7M.
I question need for 6 Pac12 schools since Big12 already has BYU. Would ESPN/FOX value UConn or an AAC school over adding both WSU and OSU.
Swaim's tweet would also appear to indicate Stanford, Cal, OR and WA are destined for Big10.
Otherwise would guess Big12 would prefer Cal & Stanford over Oregon State & Wash State. Unless those two schools would prefer MWC level commitment to athletics.
