Thought this was a joke but it seemed to work as well as some of the commercial things,
Cut a lemon in half. Cover the cut face of the lemon with baking soda. Squeeze the lemon a bit to wet the baking soda. Scrub the lens with the face of the lemon in a circular motion. Rinse completely. Repeat if necessary.
