Maybe dad should be rethinking the plan to have his son play QB in the NFL. He can still salvage the last year of his career by switching to safety next year. Too late now, but he could have been a 2 year starter if he had remained at ISU.

Do you think Phil ever thinks about his dad's decision to ship him off to Ohio?

He could have been, at the very least, a starting receiver for a Big 12 team for 4 years. Instead, he wastes half a year of eligibility by quitting in 2008, then a year sitting on the pine at Ohio, and he's not even the starting QB at Ohio.
