I see. I don't do anything that takes that long as I don't have the patience for it. If it's going to take me more than an hour to grill it I'll just go to the restaurant.

Probably buy a Rec Tec 590 if buying today. Have GMG Daniel Boone now. Good grill. But Rec Tec is stainless steel.

How often do you use this compared to a regular grill? I really want to get one but I’m struggling to justify it with the wife since we already have a Treager and a Weber 22” kettle. I’d like to use it for weekend breakfasts and other things like cheesesteaks.
