I would say it's better wrestler chooses what weight they want to go and loser fills in the other weight (if they both want 174), rather than who can hold the weight better.No specific knowledge, but to me that would that Coleman wasn't going to win the 184 spot.
I would guess the plan then would be Colbray/Borderson at 174/184 and order likely based on who can hold 174 better. Then let Shapiro/Coleman duke it out for 197.

Correct. They do it wrong !WIN doesn’t rank freshman with no history, so Echemendia & Kharchala of Ohio State wouldn’t be ranked. I think that is how they do it
Yeah. It's definitely cool to see, but as the season goes on I'm sure we'll drop a bit. It will be a great season, but not beating out PSU and tOSU great.
...I'm happy for Echemendia, completely understand his situation and why he did what he did, but I can't help but be super bummed he didn't stick with us. Regardless, the dude's a beast and I wish him the best.
