On That Note: School Days

Come home early after class
Don't be hanging 'round the back of the schoolyard
I've been called up by a teacher

Not my favorite song by The Beatles, but …

“Joan was quizzical, studied pataphysical science in the home.”
“Back in school again, Maxwell plays the fool again / Teacher gets annoyed.”

Don't know much about history
Don't know much biology
Don't know much about a science book
Don't know much about the French I took

Don't know much about geography
Don't know much trigonometry
Don't know much about algebra
Don't know what a slide rule is for

Who walks in the classroom, cool and slow?
Who calls the English teacher, Daddy-O?

Those schoolgirl days
Of telling tales and biting nails are gone

Student times are for sure one of the best, and I'm in my last year, and I think I'll miss those times. Of course, studying is hard, especially now, but it's certainly worth it. Besides, being a student in the 21st century is great because we have the internet and can get help with everything, and there is no need to spend a lot of time in the library to do the homework. And there are a lot of services which can help out a lot. For example, when I was working on a paper about Hamlet, I faced some problems, but the examples on https://edubirdie.com/examples/hamlet/ helped me a lot. After reading a few, some new ideas appeared very fats, and I managed to finish the paper even before the deadline.

School Days by Chuck Berry is actually the one song that comes to mind when I think about school days. But it reminds me of my first uni day last year. My groupmate turned it on; it was our first meeting together, and it caused only positive emotions in me.
