My “new music” file shows I found this via @CloniesForLife - in “music you are listening to now” thread.
From 1971 but I don't think I ever heard this jazz fusion gem until this year (now in my record box). In the same league as In a Silent Way. The guitar player is John McLaughlin.
Piggy-backing on that, here's an Ezra released in 2017, seems to merge with my overall vibe in '22.

Had never heard of The Meters even though I listen to alot of R&B, Soul, 60's, and 70's
Here's "Cissy Strut"
Somehow I came across "A Fool In Love" by Tina Turner. Never heard this before.
Here's the 1965 version and then 2000.
Isley Brother's "Lay Away" was new to me in 2022.
