Piggybacking off MeanDean's Otis Redding post, this is a cover of "I've Been Loving You Too Long (To Stop Now)". It was the major label debut of Barbara Mandrell in 1969. The song peaked at #55, which isn't stellar. But it would be her last song to miss the top 40 on the Billboard Country Singles charts until 1987 when her chart career was winding down.
