To me the launch of the Backstreet Boys Larger than Life intro the actual song opens with omnious laughter (almost the same as Feel Good Inc noted earlier). This is at 1:05 in the video
Hadn't heard the Limp Bizkit and it sounds good but to me it is one of the best songs and best moments on the Who's best album.
