"Hold My Hand" by Lady Gaga from the Top Gun Maverick movie. The Oscar-nominated song peaked at a dismal #49 on the Hot 100 last year. It hit #1 only in Croatia and top 10 in just a handful of nations.

I admit I hadn’t noticed that lyrical quandary until I read your post.
In context, "holding trump" makes more sense than "all drunk." But I'm not sure
(1) I did repeated listens, and it sounds like all drunk (or something similar ... at least "more similar" than "holding trump")
(2) All the other rhyming in the song (2nd line & 4th line in each verse) is precise (sun/one, jeans/New Orleans, done/sun, train/chain)
So, either the songwriting strayed thematically, or took liberties with the rhyming scheme. Considering how "tight" the storyline and structure is, I'm not sure what to think.
