The Rolling Stones, If You Can't Rock Me

The band's on stage and it's one of those nights, oh yeah
The drummer thinks that he is dynamite, oh yeah
You lovely ladies in your leather and lace
A thousand lips I would love to taste

Cat Stevens, Oh Very Young

They will vanish away like your daddy's best jeans
Denim Blue fading up to the sky
And though you want him to last forever
You know he never will

I used to check out these threads all the time. Have you ever considered introducing the topic without linking the most obvious examples before anybody has a chance to respond? That’s why I don’t really bother to even open the threads anymore.

Led Zeppelin, Trampled Under Foot

Greasy slicked down body,
Groovy leather trim
I like the way you hold the road,
Mama, it ain't no sin
Talkin' 'bout love

ZZ Top, Just Got Paid Today

Well, I just got paid today
Got me a pocket full of change
Said, black sheep, black, do you got some wool?
Yes, I do, man, my bag is full

The Guess Who, Star Baby

And if it please your highness
On a sunny day sometime
Can I take your picture in the park
With silk and satin on?

Sometimes everyone overlooks some of the obvious choices though...

Elvis Presley, Blue Suede Shoes

ELO, Roll Over Beethoven

Well, early in the mornin'
I'm a-givin' you the warnin'
Don't you step on my blue suede shoes

The Beatles, Roll Over Beethoven
