Oklahoma Sucking

They will as long as Venebales is the head coach. Another competent head coach should change that.

But they've got to get that competent coach. Not super easy to do.

I wont argue but they have plenty of talent where they are.

Think how long Texas was ****** until they apparently found the right guy. Think how long Nebraska has sucked. They could right the ship. But is not easy and the talent isn't going to stick around for a crappy coach/team.

There's a lot of Talent in
Alabama
Georgia
Texasree
Louisiana
Mississippi
Florida
Tennessee
South Carolina
Missouri
Kentucky...also. I'm leaning towards them being another Nebraska

OU has always pulled talent out of Texas. Dont agree with Missouri.

Coaching and AD management is huge. Talent is abundant and kids coming through the ranks have so much access to good coaching, year-round sports, camps and weight-training. The talent is there, you don’t need all 4 and 5 stars, you need a great coach and AD.

If all things are even, recruits are probably picking Austin over Ames. A great coach changes the narrative and gets the most from players and attracts recruits regardless of the location.

Texas, with all their money, should be winning nattys on the reg. Talent and NIL only takes you so far. NIL buys you talent, coaching gets you return on your investment.

To be honest, they really mainly suck because they hired a bad coach. They could easily make a good coaching hire and be back to where they were.

I also think they most likely end this year 5-7 and Venables gets fired.

And at USC fans want Riley fired.
