ok it's time

I could care less if we go to the MAC. Those teams at least can get to a bowl game. I have been an ISU fan for some time and would enjoy seeing the team succeed on occasion. Forget the money, we have all the facilities and money we need. If we need to cut womens diving team, so be it.
This fellow gets it!

I was actually going to respond until I saw every possible thing that could be said had already been said. So my only contribution will be to say DUMBEST. THREAD. EVER.

Are artificial noisemakers allowed? And will there be beer sales?
Sure they'll be competing against themselves so why the hell not. I'm assuming beer is necessary to make it through the pain of watching people walk a track briskly.

I say we remove the railings and encourage physical contact during passes to really get the blood pumping.

Ok:
Bowlsby and big12 want us out anyway. **** them.
We will continue to get screwed...and the semi-conscious discrimination of referees in both football and basketball will continue.
A lot of this could have been avoided if CPR could have acknowledged the critical nature of an upward arc in coaching and game-day success and changed things after the Liberty Bowl. Liberty Bowl is what Bowlsby and the Texas cats remember. CPR could have seen the ineptness then or been a good 'ol boy McCarney-like buddy boy in the coaching fraternity and keep him along for another year of finding ways to lose. We do.

Moving to the ACC wouldn't be terrible. Easier for football, and great for basketball. Win-win?
