Other observations....seems to be about 50 people in the stands in this very "intimate" looking gymnasium. The Flohoops broadcast is like watching a small college broadcast, can't believe would pay $30 a month for this, ugh. Not that I'm paying for it....I have one of those "jail broken" Amazon sticks.
Vandy 23-16 at the 4 minute mark. Vandy playing real aggressive defense, causing alot of those 9 ISU TO's. We're shooting 33%, ugh. Teams are a combined 3-24 from 3, ugh.
LOL, the announcer just made fun of Iowa's f'ball win over Nebraska..."if you call it a win", LOL.
To repeat a phrase I feel I will say many times this year "at least our 3 point streak continues"
Vandy is doing alot of slapping at the ball with their aggressive D and the officials are calling few fouls, letting them play, unfortunately.
Don’t count on it. I have an uneasy feeling it could end this season.
I do admit though, the thing going for it is it appears our best scoring threats are inside. So if teams are packing the paint, maybe we keep it alive by default.
The fouls are beginning to hurt Vandy, they have 11 to our 5. Diew and Crooks with 7 each. Rebounds about even.
