Committee clearly not valuing Quad 1 wins as everyone was certain they would. Also seems to be en emphasis on conference ranking which everyone said they didn’t do. UNC an 8, Miami a 9, Creighton a 9, Marquette a 9. St. Mary’s a 5, Colorado State a 6. San Francisco 10. Unreal.

Edit: Alabama and LSU as six seeds is insane. Bama beat Gonzaga so I’m sure the committee jizzed in their pants over that. But LSU? Don’t get it.

Holy Cow Baylor gets some favorable seeding going to Ft. Worth to bad the same 6,000 fans are all that will show up. Texas goes to Milwaukee along with ISU.

That's not surprising. They try and place the 1 seeds as close to home as possible.

yep. Not sure why there was so much emphasis on Quad 1 wins. It appears they don’t really matter. Nobody had us at 11 except for Lunardi.

Be thankful folks. That 10 seed against Murray State and having Kentucky as the 2 seed is likely where we would have been if not for bracketing rules/given a 10. San Francisco has ZERO business being a higher seed than us but thankfully they are.

Oof as much as I like our draw, that Murray State draw that San Fran got I would have loved

Lol, San Fran a 10 and ISU an 11. This committee bungled a lot of seeds.

But, hey, I much prefer our draw.

I agree we have a much better resume, but we could have easily been bumped down due to seeding issues.
