I'd hope that if instant replay is implemented in college for review of certain violations, the NCAA would have sense enough to use it throughout the entire game, and not just at the end of games.
A botched goal tending with 1:59 remaining has more effect on the outcome of a close game and thus needs review moreso than one with 2:02 remaining? Really??? In a 1-point game, any goaltending has an effect on the outcome.
Rumors:
-Donte Green is hoping to sign with the Bulls.
-Mavericks, Bulls, Hawks, Wizards, Cavaliers, and Timberwolves are all interested in Anthony Tolliver.

-Knicks are showing interests in Maurice Evans and Sonny Weems.
-Bulls in serious talks with Marco Belinelli.
-Timberwolves are interested in Ronny Turiaf, Ronnie Brewer, Carl Landry, Dominic McGurie, and Jon Leuer.
-Andrei Kirilenko is interested in either joining the Nets or staying in Moscow. Warriors have some interest in Kirilenko as well.

The Magic are hopeful they can trade Dwight Howard by early August.
Bulls look to be pretty busy now.

Sub Nzar for Tolliver and add Hinrich and Jimmy Butler to the list and it's about right. Hinrich, Belinelli, and Radmanovic all are pretty good perimeter shooters but they definitely are not quite as good defensively. Butler essentially is Ronnie Brewer
I guess the good thing is if they are really bad next year they could be in the lottery and have a shot at number one pick.
They needed a player to have similar traits as rose, so they can plug him in and ruin the same offense. Bulls are just filling roster now do its all clear come 2014 season.

Heard Kirilinko was considering signing the vets minimum with the Lakers for 1.3 mill a year. Then the T-Wolves swooped in and signed him for 2 yrs - 20 mill.
