I confess that I read the first page of the complaining girlfriend thread and didn't participate in any more of that. That had "poor ending" written all over it.

I have umped one of those leagues. It felt like I was stealing because I would work 30 mins and make $25. Granted it was mass confusion for about 30 minutes because everyone played in the field and everyone batted.
I cried when Iowa State beat Oklahoma State this last season and still well up when I see replay and listen to John Walters call it.

HEY! I'm one of those guys. Two corrections though - it ends up being much more than $15K, and we DO look cool.
I got a new phone yesterday with a new #. So A:I posted on FB saying hey new number text me so I have yours. Obviously just trying to get random girls phone #'s worked with great success.

In response to the motorcycles/Harley comments, I confess that although I do not hate motorcycles or the people that ride them, I find it extremely annoying when they rev them unnecessarily to make loud noises. I understand that their "noise" helps them become more visible, but c'mon -- the engine itself is loud enough.
I was at the grocery store yesterday and I was getting a box of Cheerios. Some girl texting and carting jacked the corner of her cart in the old nuggets. She said she was sorry and I responded by saying: "so are the kids that I will never have." Don't text and cart please. I hate young people and I'm 30.

Hear, hear. Someone down our street did this frequently - when he went to work at 10 p.m., no less. Infuriating.
