I dunno, we need a better offensive strategy. It seems like we don't even run plays and it leads to sloppy turnovers. That will hurt us against better opponents. But even so, we still scored 76 points today in a game where the offense was not great. That is just insane. This team is tough as nails.

My friend who is quit to overreact texted me earlier in the game Gilbert is killing us and during run at the end we'll now he is saving us.

I think something my friend and people here sometimes post that great players can't be great every minute. It's part of being human.

People need to go watch the 99-00 replays.

For example in the 'Fizer over Mihm' game Texas got up like 14 in the first half.

In the game they closed out the regular season title, they were behind late against a bad Tech team in Lubbock.

According to ESPN's box score, ISU got 27 defensive rebounds on 26 missed ASU shots. Impressive.

Which is even more of an insane stat because of how worried a lot of us were about the freshman Quaintance (sp.?) offensive rebounding prowess.

The announcers were oddly extrapolating some sort of doomsday scenario for us for much of the game. Weird, indeed.

I am sure we are oversensitive to that kind of thing but I can't recall ever watching another top five team play where that's something they're talking about for the entirety of a close game.

NBA draft potential will affect the voting. Flagg is being compared to Larry Bird but I don’t see any similarities other than being 6’9” white. He reminds me of Raef LaFrentz.
