Cant believe im saying this now but the US could win this tournament. Not likely but not impossible. Its true that our defense on the back end is borderline atrocious but we can strike with the best of them. Its cool to see Americans soccer players who can dribble and arent dependent on counterattacking.

France looks insane, and maybe Argentina. Everyone else is beatable.
South Africa is going to continue to improve. I think they can make the jump into that consistent top 20-25 area. Happy my friends from down there were at least able to get out of group.

Norway is starting to wake up. I didn't have Ivory Coast winning the possession battle and number of legitimate threats battle on my bingo card.
Cote de Ivoire dominated everything about the first half except the scoreboard… then the momentum turned… now Norway has full control of the game.
You won't find me saying this about soccer often, but I want more of this game. Let's go ET. Both teams are just so fun to watch, in very different ways. Lots of attacking both ways though.
Ive always liked watching the Netherlands play. They play a different game than anyone I feel like.
But they went away from it yesterday...didn't play their traditional 4-3-3, went 5 in back and just tried to counter. Totally opposite of Dutch Total Football, Zlatan was pissed.
