Watching a Weather Channel. Ole Miss, has 2 buildings that have electricity. They don’t think electricity will be back on by Wednesday, maybe. The young gal said she stocked up on food to make, but not much was ready to eat. Most was microwave food. A real mess.

Got lucky in my town and only had about 1.5" sleet and 0.1" freezing rain. Enough to shut the town down but not lose power. My father in law about 30 miles south had about 0.5" freezing rain and an inch of sleet. Lost power at 12:30 am. We went to go pick him up tonight because its getting cold. After a nasty drive there and back we noticed the power just came back on.
