Getting to play an 11 seed in the second round, Houston having their worst day offensively of the entire season, and getting to play a 9 seed to go to the final 4. Pretty fortunate path.
Not sure if it matters who wins between UConn and Illinois. The winner of AZ-Michigan will be the heavy favorites
They are certainly the weak link in this FF but kind of underrated in how quickly they can score too. The shots haven't fallen when they've been there.
We'll see if they can get it to like 5.
Arizona-Michigan is the NC game. However, the winner might have a tough time getting going on Monday.
I hate the thought of Hurley winning another NC.
Every year that UConn won the NCAA Tournament, they played at least one Saturday game before the Final Four. They did not play on Saturday this year.
A total of 18 fouls so far in the second half, with 8 minutes to go. Buckle in. You can always count on the refs to make it about them.
The next game has the potential to be the game of the year unless one of the teams can't keep things going after last weekend.
Never know; it was 10 years ago that Oklahoma with Buddy Hield had a great tournament then got worked over by 40 to Nova in the FF.

Such stupid play by UConn. Up 8 getting the ball back inside 3 minutes and instead of just pulling up and bringing it up with control and milk clock they spaz out and throw it away in transition. Stupid.
Both teams have had that happen tonight. They've kind of traded slow bounce/roll outs.
