It is crazy that 105-70 has occurred 3 times in the tournament. The last time it happened before tonight UCLA's win before they got curb stomped by Iowa State.
I was hung over and starving. Anyone could have made that mistake.
3 teams scored 100 or more today. That is the most in any single day for the Round of 64. It also happened in 1989, 2007 and 2024.
The play 11 full press crap works great on some random Tuesday in February when teams are exhausted, but not so much tonight. Barf Georgia.
Georgia is awful. Belmont, San Diego St and New Mexico would have put up a much better fight.
Agreed, though I thought Stl really lost steam down the stretch so I of course assumed they'd crater once they played a P5 opponent and picked Georgia. It being an 8/9 game I'm not surprised to be wrong I suppose, but am surprised to what level I was wrong.

Why are there an 11-seed play-in games? Why don't they just seed 1-68 and the bottom 8 play for the 4 16-seeds?
TV money. Those 11 seed games drive most of the tv viewership for the first 4.
Quite a few VERY questionable calls in Kennesaw's favor the last few minutes. Seriously...
