How did Louisville get a shot clock violation 24 seconds into the game?

Tip was out of bounds by Michigan State in Louisville front court. When the ball is inbounded in a teams front court, the shot clock is set to 20 seconds regardless of where it was before. 3 seconds went off the clock from the tip to the ball going out on the inbounds.

Michigan is the 21st #1 seed to defeat the #9 seed by 20 or more in the Round of 32.

The average number of victories following that game is 1.7

4 lost in the Sweet Sixteen
7 lost in Elite Eight
4 lost in Final Four
1 lost in the Championship Game
4 won the Championship

#1 is 76-20 over #8

Dude, who the hell are you? :explode: :) Got any thoughts on the stock market ;)

In all seriousness, however, I find the difference from #9, 82-8 vs # 8, being 76-20.

I had thought 9 seeds are over 500 versus 8 seeds and that’s a fairly significant difference, isn’t it?! You would think it’d be very minimal?! Hell I don’t know maybe statistically it is very minimum but I guess I would’ve thought it would’ve been very, very similar

Stock Market - no - I use my financial advisor for that.

I created https://hoopstournament.net/index.php and built a database of all tournament games.

Has anyone else noticed that MSU shooters fall down on their shot attempts in an apparent attempt to draw fouls? That has happened on their last three attempts at least.
