***Official 2026 NCAA Tournament Thread***

It sucks that Kentucky won. Ya never want to play the more talented team, where they will have a **** ton of fans, a ton of momentum, and a coach that has proven to successfully game plan against TJ. It will be a battle.

Goddamn seeing that last second replay- insane of SC to let him get THAT shot off.
Kentucky can’t shoot. A great matchup for ISU. They will get down early and quit.

Clock operator had a nightmare in the final two possessions in regulation, starting the clock late on both in bounds

Its okay to admit Kentucky is likely a tougher matchup than Santa Clara would have been. We should still win, but anything is possible in this crazy tournament and we've seen stretches where we've struggled against worse teams than Kentucky.
I think you are looking to much at the name on the jersey. It took a miracle for them to win today. If it was a best of 7 series Santa Clara would probably win the series.

If ISU can't beat Kentucky we weren't going to go very far anyway. They are not even close to a Final 4 team.
Agree. But just because they aren’t a final four team doesn’t mean they aren’t more dangerous if they get some early tournament momentum. That’s all
I’m saying.

Santa Clara should have fouled
Agree.....especially in the big dance. Seems those shots fall more (I know no data supports that, but you know).

With two seconds, id risk the "make one, miss a ft on purpose to try to get a outback to tie" over a 3

They're not garbage at all. They almost beat AZ a couple of weeks ago. Watch much hoops?
They weren't that good except

They might even be favored to beat ISU now. **** sure changed quick.
