**** Official 2026 MBB Spring Transfer Portal Thread ****

These are coming fast & furious!

I updated my post #1,469 to add Johnson & Manning (I added Bond yesterday).

This is first time Otz-era ISU added two transfers on the same date. Previously was Grill & Kalscheur in 2021. I think this is first time we've gotten three in a 2-day period.

Maybe there will be more today/this weekend!

Apologies as I’m not in the know as some of you, are we trying to get both Manning and Singleton? I don’t really get the Manning signing other then it’s a big 12 body, Singleton seems to be the homerun here right
Manning is a depth guy.

Manning averaged 20mpg last season and over 5rpg. So he gives TJ an strong/athletic PF.

Singleton is hopefully Jefferson's replacement, but Singleton looks quick enough to also play some wing when Momcilovic sits as part of a big lineup. And Bond can play wing if TJ wants to go small/quick.
Yeah maybe. I don't think based on the number of good players on the roster he will get a ton of PT, but hes obviously better insurance than we have had that far down the roster in most years

So I’m assuming none of the signings were big ticket items. Maybe a million each or on average? Depending on the raises the returners got is it conceivable we still have room in the budget for Milan and Singleton?

So we still have a few more spots. Another shooter and another big? Or what’s the play considering the $$ and players left in the board

Will TJ consider a 10-man rotation with all the depth he's adding to his team? If everyone is contributing minutes and then getting a blow, hard as it is to imagine, they could actually bring even MORE defensive intensity to the court, now that would really be something. Defense, rebounding, steals, and the offense would take care of itself at that point.

I feel like that is discussed every year but it never happens
