My HOA does not allow farm animals unless you were grandfathered in. Dogs already crap enough in the back, hate to think how much more a couple of goats would add to that amount.

My friends dad had a sale barn, we were in stock tanks floating the aisles of the sale barn with boards for paddles in September. Cattle were running loose around the countryside. Farmers ended up loosing some or maybe gaing some depending on if their lots were on the bottoms or hillsides. I forgot all about that, I think Dad gained one if I recall correctly.You are correct.
